Shipping & Returns

Thank you for shopping with Zetty Studio! We hope you enjoy your purchase, and are grateful for your support of art and small business. 

 

We ask that you please review our Shipping & Returns Policy before placing your order. We've developed this policy to provide you with quality customer service, flexibility, and the confidence to shop with us. If you have placed an order and have a question which isn't answered below, please reach out to us at help@zettystudio.com.

Shipping

Illustrations are fulfilled and shipped by a print-on-demand service. Illustrations are made-to-order and will be delivered to a carrier within 8-12 business days. Illustrations are shipped by leading carriers like USPS, FedEx, DPD, and DHL, and you will be provided an order tracking page with the option to sign up for email tracking notifications.

All sculptures are fulfilled and shipped directly by Zetty Studio and will be carried by USPS. Sculptures will be shipped with a tracking number and will require a signature for delivery to ensure that your order makes it into your home and not someone else's. Estimated delivery is within 10-14 business days of placing your order. 

Return Policy

Zetty Studio has a 14 day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete a return, please contact Zetty Studio at help@zettystudio.com within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt and provide the order number, reason for return, and a return email address. Zetty Studio will review your return request and contact you with shipping instructions and prepaid return shipping if your return is approved. We will send you an email to notify you when we have received and inspected your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

We can accept returns and will replace items damaged in shipping, but cannot provide exchanges of one product for another. 

Replacements

Zetty Studio has a 14 day replacement policy for orders that have been significantly damaged in shipping. Customers must contact Zetty Studio with photos of the damaged product within fourteen (14) days of receipt. If a replacement product is not available, Zetty Studio will offer an alternate item, refund, or full store credit for a future purchase.

Undeliverable Orders

If an order experiences issues during transit and cannot be delivered, we will contact you and outline next steps to proceed.
